How it works

Three things you’ll do every month.

Each one is a walkthrough, not a highlight reel — every click, in the order you’ll make it, starting where you start: the dashboard.

01 · Create a meeting

Start from your template, not a blank page.

Pick the meeting type and BoardDrive brings your district’s standard sections and running order with it. Fill in the date, time and place, and it lands on the dashboard ready to build.

02 · Add an agenda item

Three steps, and only the first one is required.

Title and section are all it takes to create the item. Description and attachments come next — a file, something from your district’s Google Drive, an HTML snippet or a web link — and nothing forces you to finish in one sitting. Attach from Drive and the document stays in Drive; BoardDrive keeps a link to it, not a copy of it.

03 · Publish the agenda

One checklist, then the public has it.

Items have to be marked Ready before a meeting can go out. BoardDrive counts what’s still in draft and what’s about to become public, then puts the agenda on your district’s archive.
